it's the weekend

Haven't written yet since I think wednesday. It's been a week at work. And things are changing. And changing fast. Some people may not like it. I think I will be fine. I need to do my job and just keep my head down help where I can and hope for the best. So far it is working. 
    I have been eating ok. But it could be better. My goals are going good for the most part I know that there is room for improvement. I will try and do better this week. My schedule is changing and I am you going  to evenings. Water is good and I am doing good with my vitamins and my meds and allergy pills. Tracking in my journal. And keeping junk at a minimal amount. New goals to be set for the next week. 

Alright stress is or was big this week.andi need to find a way to deal with it.  Then eating. Alright I will be back tomorrow and go over goals for the new week once I figure the. Out
