new week same goals

       Back slid a little bit this week. Towards the end of the week. And I need to rain that in . And fast, still no period. Since at least mid Feb. Early Feb. So I may or may not come. But I need to get this eating in check and keep it that way.        I felt like shit all weekend. I did go out for drinks on Friday night had a slight headache almost migraine but was able to get it under control before noon. Thank god. I did have a nap Saturday night. And have had to switch my sleeping pattern around this week.       I have been getting up at 5 am Sunday to Thursday night for the last years. And now it has changed this week. I am working at 230 so having to stay up a little later. I need to figure out a new sleep pattern for this week.        This morning I have had my morning coffee. I am going to have my protein yogurt and shake for my first meal. And go from there. I am gonna add some exercise in this we...

it's the weekend

Haven't written yet since I think wednesday. It's been a week at work. And things are changing. And changing fast. Some people may not like it. I think I will be fine. I need to do my job and just keep my head down help where I can and hope for the best. So far it is working.      I have been eating ok. But it could be better. My goals are going good for the most part I know that there is room for improvement. I will try and do better this week. My schedule is changing and I am you going  to evenings. Water is good and I am doing good with my vitamins and my meds and allergy pills. Tracking in my journal. And keeping junk at a minimal amount. New goals to be set for the next week.  Alright stress is or was big this week.andi need to find a way to deal with it.  Then eating. Race to 125

It's a heafty goal but I think if I really buckle down and get strict with my eating I can get to 130-125lbs goal weight. It's 20 lbs. My goals for the month of April 1) low carb high protein as possible        Following a lazy keto diet.  2) I want to also cut out coffee and caffeine in general. I will do it gradually  3) 1200 cals or lower each day. I will track this in my fitness pal 4) get back to workouts 2 =3 times per week focus on cardio  5) take my vitamins and my pain meds for my back daily.  6) get my sleep in bed Sunday threw thursday night by 9pm up at 5 am everyday mon - Friday  7) eat 3 meals and one snack for my evening vitamin      I am determined to get this weight off. I am getting to old for this nocence
