almost 50

So I turn a big number this years and not gonna lie I am so not ready. But are we ever really ready to turn another yrs older? I have been on this weight loss journey thing since I was in my teens.
   I am ready to get this weight off once and for all. I have other health factors I need to take into consideration and I am sure losing this last 20-30 lbs will help. I will go into those details in another blog post. 
     For now let me introduce myself my name is angie and I am a mom of two my son will be 17 this summer my daughter 14 in December. I have two fur babies also both of which are a husky mix. One is close to 14 and the other just turned 2.  I will post here once a week and talk about how my goals have gone 
   I also have instgram and tic tok. I was on youtube , but youtube has made it impossible for us little guys to get anywhere.

new week same goals

       Back slid a little bit this week. Towards the end of the week. And I need to rain that in . And fast, still no period. Since at least mid Feb. Early Feb. So I may or may not come. But I need to get this eating in check and keep it that way.        I felt like shit all weekend. I did go out for drinks on Friday night had a slight headache almost migraine but was able to get it under control before noon. Thank god. I did have a nap Saturday night. And have had to switch my sleeping pattern around this week.       I have been getting up at 5 am Sunday to Thursday night for the last years. And now it has changed this week. I am working at 230 so having to stay up a little later. I need to figure out a new sleep pattern for this week.        This morning I have had my morning coffee.
